Formed in January 2006, Chesapeake DockDogs is the Maryland/Northern Virginia area club of DockDogs® Worldwide, the largest presenter of dock diving dog performance sports in the world, with over 30 clubs all over the United States, Canada and Australia. Chesapeake DockDogs has members throughout Maryland, Virginia and in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, and New Jersey. Chesapeake DockDogs holds events in warm-weather months, from spring into fall, whenever the weather is right for our dogs, and occasional indoor events when it’s cold. Our practices, demonstrations, competitions, and training sessions are a good way to meet our canine-loving members and learn tips and techniques. Whether your dog jumps two feet or sets a record, we’ll cheer you on! Our cookouts are family-friendly and a great place to swap dog stories. And our annual members-only Banquet is a blast and worth the price of membership alone!
